These terms govern your use of Ajanira Code (“the Service”), operated by Ajanira. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and billing

Generations consume AI credits. Credits are purchased through subscriptions, credit packs or invoices. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law, and do not expire while your account remains active. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from the billing portal.

3. Generated code

Subject to these terms, you own the code generated for your account. AI output can contain errors: you are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing code before deploying it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create malware, to attack systems you are not authorised to test, or in violation of our usage policies, our AI infrastructure providers’ usage policies, or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
